Car history: |
1968 Chevrolet Corvette 427 w/ 390 HP Covertible. First year of the mako shark body style. It comes with the optional hardtop. I installed airconditioning in her for the warm summers. The exterior color is a rare Tuxedo Black. There were only 708 corvettes of this color produced in 1968. The engine is not numbers matching. It is a 69 engine but built correct for the car. Infact, this car has way more power that the 390 listed form the factory. It has rocker rollers and a high performance cam. It is just as comfortable out on the street or on the race course. This Corvette also has a beautiful red interior in perfect condition and a new black soft top (view photos). This corvette was restored 8 years ago and has been continually upgraded every since. These corvettes are the next generation to increase dramatically in value. Colors from the trim plate. 53,864 miles. March 1, 2008. |
