Car history: |
Beautiful 1972 Chevy Corvette All numbers matching. The car has a straight body has 1 stress crack on passenger fender as you will see in photos. Rear fenders have been flared but the flares have been placed right on top of the original mold so they can easily be removed and be put back to its original condition. The undercarriage is rust free. The 350 engine starts up and sounds good and does not make any funny noises still has plenty of life left in her, transmission shift through all gears just as it should, although the car has been sitting for a while and we just got it on the road again to make it a safe road worthy car I would go through and change all the belts and hoses as well as all fluids and give it a complete tuneup. It will need paint. The interior is nice and doesn't really need a whole lot at all the dash is perfect with no cracks the seats are in good shape door panels are in great shape the carpet will need to be replaced as well as the consul has a crack and will need to be replace. The tires are old and will also need to be replaced they still hold air and you can still drive the car with them but wouldn't be safe they are dry rotted. All in all this is a great project car to start with. Color codes from the trim plate. Assembly date is B09. 33,501 miles from the odometer. Sold for $8,600. November 20, 2015. |
