It was driven sporadically in 89 and fell asleep in a dry barn until last year! I have not tried to get the engine running. I intended to restore this beautiful Vette, but plans have changed. I slammed the drivers door shut when I picked the car up and I can't get the door unlocked.... (maybe I'm too stupid to do that). I saw the tag in the door jamb - it's nice and it indicates a blue interieur - blue exterieur. Thank god the door panel is off so picking the lock should be a breeze for the expert. This car has all the emblems, bezels and trim. Engine: Original (matching #) 350cui/270hp engine. Engine has oil in it. Engine turns over. No water in oil! Exhaust/ Muffler: Original exhaust system. Carburetor: Carter Quadra Jet. Transmission: Automatic. Has oil in it and shifts fine thru all gears. No water in oil. Body: Very good shape - the only spots (that I found on a close inspection) where repair is required, were: Left exhaust / tail pipe cutout (crack), Top of front left fender (between fender well and hood) (crack), Convertible top: The top was brittle due to dry rot and I removed it. The top bows are is very good shape, all joints move freely. Frame: frame is straight as an arrow and has no repairs or damages. NO rust issues! Glass: All glass is intact No cracks. Windshield frame: Pillars have heavy rust. Top rail has one spot on the left side with heavy rust. Wheels: Western Wheels. Missing parts: Gas tank, Air-condition compressor. 122,517 miles.
