| Bought this car in 2006 as a project car and started collecting replacement parts and getting some minor repairs done. Then lost my job and the car sat for a few years under cover. The reality is I have to sell it as is. This is a nice foundation for a driver as you go, restoration project car. It runs great, the engine, clutch and transmission are strong. M21 manual 4 speed shifts smoothly, clutch was replaced and pulls strong, engine starts right up and has plenty of power smokes a very little when it first starts after sitting. Interior is sound and definitely okay as a driver car see photos. Exterior needs some minor glass work, weather stripping and PAINT Paint appears to be original. Chrome is mostly usable but rear bumper, badges and license plate bezel would definitely need replacement or re-chrome see photos. Chassis is the worst part of this car. The frame definitely has some rust that will eventually need repair. I took it to a local resto shop and they told me the frame was safe to drive but would need repair down the road, see photos. Look at the photos carefully and ask me any questions. I would be glad to take and send additional photos. There are lots of little repairs needed that is why I am listing this car as a PROJECT CAR even though you could drive it away. This car would be an awesome resto project. As this car was highly optioned for a M21 4 speed manual car. Usually when these were ordered with the custom leather and air they got an automatic making it a little rarer.
