Buy a real chrome bumper big block Red Corvette for under $10,000. Red on red. Great project car, has most parts but needs a compete front clip. Newly rebuilt engine and automatic transmission. The engine is not original. Block stamped on Rt front flange CE156788 and rear cast number 3963512. The cast number indicates the block is period correct. One person said the CE is a counter exchange so most likely a warranty replacement. Tires and wheels do not go with car. Matched set of finned aluminm wheels with decent tires go with car (see picture). Have rear chrome bumpers. Prior owner said custom front end was removed and was looking for stock front clip. I had a body shop check the car and said there is no frame damage. Garage kept. This will be a nice car when done and big block Corvettes are going up in value. My book shows the trim tag codes as follows: 407 - Red Vinyl interior, G23 - February 23 build date in St Louis, MO , 973 Paint - Mille Miglia Red.
