Car history:

1971 Corvette in nice condition with power steering, power brakes, automatic
transmission, and T-tops with the pop-out rear window. This car looks great, runs
great, and is a nice driver quality car overall. It is finished in the handsome and
desirable color combination of Brands Hatch Green (983) over Saddle (420)
interior. This is the factory correct color scheme as verified on the trim tag
pictured below. While this Corvette is not completely numbers matching, it does
have a 3970014 engine block, which was used in some 1972 Corvettes according
to Alan a Colvin's book Corvette by the Numbers. We have this car priced to sell
and are offering an excellent opportunity to own a desirable Corvette at an
unbeatable value. One could easily buy this car now and sell it for more than the
purchase price with minimal work and effort. It gets a ton of attention going down
the road and turns heads everywhere it goes. The clear Ohio title pictured below
shows that Seven Hills Motorcars is the owner of this Corvette and that the mileage
is original and Actual at around 72,400.

Exterior
The Brands Hatch Green exterior is in nice driver condition. As one can see in the
photos the finish has fine gloss, deep shine, and smooth finish. The chrome bumpers
and other bright work on the car show well overall with no major rust or pitting.
The wheels are in good condition with a nice finish. The tires have about 60 percent
tread left. There are no major blemishes that have been intentionally excluded from
the photos. There are some small imperfections around the car that were too faint
to show up in photos, but nothing that is really noticeable from about five or ten feet away.

Window Date Codes
Driver: VT - V denotes December and T denotes 1970 meaning the driver's side
window was made in December of 1970.

Passenger: UT - U denotes July and T denotes 1970 meaning the passenger's side
window was made in Julyof 1970.

Rear: AT - A denotes September and T denotes 1970 meaning the rear window
was made in September of 1970.

Please note that Astro Ventilation side glass and even the pop-out rear window on
this Corvette are date coded and original as each piece predates the car's body
build date of February 18, 1971 (G18). Original glass is a good indication that this
car has had no major accident history and never sustained significant damage.

Interior
The saddle interior of the Corvette looks terrific. The seats are in excellent shape
and look in person just as they do in the photos with no rips, splits, or excessive
wear. They are not worn in typical area where the driver gets in and out. The
carpet is also in good condition with no holes or major stains. This includes the
rear carpet which is often neglected. There is a small amount of wear on the
carpet directly behind the driver's seat, which is visible in the photos. The dash
and console are not faded, but there is some cracking on the right speaker grill.
The door panels have no cracks, splits, or wear to the arm pads, but they do look
wavy. This car has not been smoked in; there are no burn marks and no aroma of
cigarettes whatsoever. The T-top storage bags are included with the car. The
original 1971 Corvette owner's manual is also still with the car.

Mechanical
This car seems to be in decent mechanical condition. It starts right away every
time, idles okay, and runs well. Also, the engine compartment is clean and nicely
detailed as one can see in the photos. As with many carbureted cars, it is a bit
cold blooded. There is no notable blue smoke when starting or driving the car. All
the exterior lights and turn signals work. All of the gauges work with obvious
exception of the clock. The vacuum for the headlights worked when we first
purchased the car but stopped working afterwards. With the very cold and inclement
weather we have experienced recently we have been unable to take the car out
on the open road. We drove it around our neighborhood when we first purchased
this car and it drove okay, but have not had a chance to take it on the highway or
do a thorough mechanical assessment so there may be issues we missed. There
are some items on the car that do not work such as the wiper door and blower for
the heater. The car would benefit from a tune up and some overall maintenance, it
also has a sporadic tic from the right side. As with most 1968-71 Corvettes the
fiber optic light monitoring system is not totally functional. None of these items
immediately affect drivability and most sellers would not even disclose such details.
This Corvette is an original a/c car, but the compressor was removed from the
engine sometime in the past. Not enough can be said as to how much of a
pleasure it is to drive this car, especially with the T-tops out on a beautiful day.
