Car history: |
Very nice driver quality 1968 Corvette Stingray Convertible with its original hardtop and original numbers matching engine. Not originally blue, the paint is a better than average driver quality and shines really well without any major defects. The 327-350HP engine runs well and has a new carburetor. Manual shift 4-speed. The previous owner had this car for over 17 years. This is a solid southern car but it is not perfect. The headlights work but don't pop up without a little help. The flap for the windshield wipers does not want to open. The tires look very good but were new in 1995. The horn does not work. The speedometer and tachometer work but the needle on the speedometer is broken. The carpet is a little tired and there is a crack in the dash. The convertible top is serviceable but has two small imperfections. The turn signals were working but now are not, could be a bad contact. $18,500. April 16, 2013. |
