1973 Chevy Corvette (Stingray) with removable T-Top. I am selling this for my father, so here are a few things he told me to include in the listing details:
Engine - 350 / not high performance / original rebuilt / 100,000+ miles Transmission- Auto. 700-R4 (have original if needed). Working heat and air. Red with tan interior. New luggage rack. Mechanically in excellent condition. Headers, Positive traction rear end, Extra electric cooling fan, Power steering, T-Top.
As I said before, I am selling this for my father, because he still doesn't know how to turn on a computer. He bought this car about 17 yrs ago, so I virtually grew up with it, and it has always been in good running condition. However I'm 28 now, so I've been out of the house for quite some time and don't know the details of all the work that has been done. You'll have to talk with him about that. I can say that I have driven it a fair amount lately and mechanically it is in great condition. It drives and sounds wonderful. Good engine, transmission, brakes and so forth. There are a few scratches and chips in the paint and the interior is in decent condition. But both could use a little work if you want a car that looks great up close. I marked 100,000+ milage because the odometer resets after it reaches 100,000. Tires definitely still have plenty of life in them. Heat and air work great. He just installed a new radio. It doesn't have a high performance engine, but it's still a 350 (has plenty of power)! I have included some pictures of the most noticable blemishes, but if you would like to see some of the smaller ones, let me know and I'll email them to you (alot were so small you could barely see them in the picture, so I didn't include them). This comes from a non-smoking, pet-free household. If you have any questions, your best bet on a quick answer is to call my father. His home is (803)492-7878 and mobile is (803)496-4649. His name is Will.
I normally do not like to sell other people's property, but this is my dad and I trust he will be a honest as possible (about the good and bad) I am confident in my description, however this item is sold "as is with no warranty or refund."
