Car history:
Seven Hills Motorcars is glad to offer this 1972 big block Corvette coupe for sale.
(Left factory with small block.)This Corvette is an awesome driver. The car looks
great, runs great, and is an absolute blast to drive. It is blisteringly fast. This is
an excellent opportunity to own a very desirable Corvette at an unbeatable value.
One could easily buy the car now and sell it for more than the purchase price with
minimal work and effort. This Corvette has been well maintained by its previous
owners. There is a large stack of very extensive service and maintenance records
that accompany the car. This is one of the best values for any "chrome bumper"
big block Corvette on the market right now. Please peruse all of the photos in the
link below to get a true sense of how nice this Corvette really is.

Exterior
The black exterior is in nice driver condition. The finish has nice gloss, deep shine,
and smooth finish. The chrome bumpers and other bight work on the car look great
overall. There are some small blemishes that were too faint to show up in photos.
For the most part however, the car looks in person as it does in the photos in the
link above. The wheels are in good condition with a nice finish. The tires appear
to have about 80% tread left.

Interior
The saddle interior of the Corvette is in fantastic condition. The seats look almost
brand new with no rips, splits seams, or signs of excessive wear. The carpet has
no rips, tears, or holes. The dash and console are in nice condition with no fading
or sun damage. The door panels are in excellent condition. This car has not been
smoked in; there are no burn marks or aroma whatsoever.

Mechanical
This car seems to be in good mechanical condition. It is an exceptional driver that
feels great on the road. The car starts right away every time, idles well after warm-up,
and runs well. There is no smoke when starting or driving the car. Luckily, the
previous owners were very meticulous and kept extensive service records on the
car for almost the past 20 years. A receipt from Corvette Central in September of
2009 shows the previous owner ordered parts to do a rebuild on the front end with
new big block front springs, tie rods, ball joints, and bushings. The service records
show that in 1998 the engine was removed from the car and received a rebuild for
the bottom end with a new crankshaft and bearings. The transmission shifts well
throughout the power band. There is a receipt dated April 5, 1994 showing the
transmission was rebuilt when the car had 85,993 miles. The brakes do not pull.
This Corvette is extremely fast with a ton of power and not for the faint of heart.

Overall, this 1972 Corvette is in great driver condition. It is an excellent value for
a big block. This car turns heads and gets ton of attention wherever it goes. In
my opinion and based on our experience the "Chrome Bumper" cars from 1968-
1972 are the most collectible in the entire Corvette market right now, with 1968
and 1972 being the most desirable. They are all solid investments for a collector.
One could easily enjoy this vehicle for several years and sell it for more than the
purchase price with minimal effort.

Thank You,
Matt Milbrandt
