This 75 Vette is one to see. It is a complete frame on restoration which includes:
New Paint, Donnybrooke Green (only used on 1970 Corvette) painted 28 months ago. All new rear lights, & side marker lights. New leather seats and complete interior including, new carpet with heat shield installed, new door panels, handles, new console, shift plate & window switches. Dash has not been restored due to the original condition being excellent. Front suspension has been restored with all new parts including steering box, slave cylinder, control valve, power steering pump and hoses, upper control arm assembly, ball joints, tie rod ends, tie rod adjusting sleeves, heavy duty idler arm and stabilizer bar end links, backing plates, reconditioned spindles, caliper brackets, steering knuckles and hubs with Timken bearings, calipers, rotors & shocks.. Also installed 1 1/8" front sway bar. New rear suspension includes new trailing arm assembly (These assemblies have new trailing arms, bushings, spindles, bearings, seals, backing plates and stainless steel parking brake parts), TRW composite spring @ 315lbs., adjustable strut rod ends and bracket & shocks, new differential crossmember with bushings, remanufactured differential with new Eaton posi diff. carrier, with 3:55 gears and heavy duty rear cover (filled with Mobil 1 oil), new 3" heavy duty half shafts. The entire frame has been wired and epoxy painted. New master cylinder, brake booster, proportion valve & new brake lines. Much, Much More.
The Motor & Trans:
454 Big Block stroked to a 496. Dyno spec's are - 609.8 ft-lbs Torque @ 4600 rpms & 594hp @ 6000 rpms. Eagle crank @ 4.250, Eagle I rods @ 6.385, SRP pistons @ 25cc dome, which gives approx 10.75/1 compression ration with the heads. Heads are Pro Comp #3021 Alum heads with H.D. springs, 320cc Intake Runner,115cc Combustion Chamber,2.25 Intake Valve, 1.88 Exhaust Valve. Stainless Steel Valves. Carburetor is a Pro-Form 850 Double Pump on a Victor Jr. Comp Cams Hydr. Roller Cam 547 int. 547 exh. 230 duration int. 236 duration exh. Comp Cams Hydr. Roller Lifters.
Turbo 400 Trans. Hi perf. Valve Body, Hughes red racing clutches, new Direct Drum & 34 Element Sprg assembly. with Spiro Lock Ring for Direct Drum. Custom Built ATI 10 Treemaster Converter approx. 3000 Stall, built to engine specs.
