|2) The rebuild/restoration commenced with a brand new NOS Chassis. All front suspension parts are new, as are the rear trailing arms, bearings, brakes, calipers, rotors, brake lines, fuel tank, and all fuel lines. 427 engine is not matching numbers, it is however, a correct replacement block bored 30thou over. It was completely rebuilt/restored with all new internal components, and maintaining the original compression ratio. The only deviation from stock has been the slight upgrade in the camshaft grind. Intake and exhaust manifolds are all factory correct, as is the factory ignition shielding. The factory styled sidepipes are actually fiberglass replicas painted in black chrome, they really look the part and are not too loud, but lets them know your coming. Chrome bumpers are all new, and any worn or pitted chrome throughout the car was replaced. Interior is all brand new. All components came from Corvette America, they also installed the new foam on the seats and the seat covers. New door trims, and rear panel, carpet, console and associated pieces, all weatherstripping, door whiskers, top seals, etc. New BFG TA radials fitted. New paint is base coat clear, four coats of color followed by four heavy coats of clear. Car then color sanded and buffed to a glass like finish. New black soft top installed. Make no mistake, this car looks and drives like new. This was originally a blue/blue car but the restorer loved the sharp contrast of the Silver/red combo, and after viewing the car, we think he got it just right. Updated on March 15, 2009.

ENGINE WAS COMPLETLY REBUILT ALL NEW INTERNAL COMPONENTS, AS ORIGINAL INTAKE AND EXHAUST MANIFOLDS, NEW SWEET SOUNDING SIDE PIPES, CHROME, BUMPERS ARE NEW ANY PITTED OR WORN CHROME WAS REPLACE WITH NEW PIECES, INTERIOR IS ALL NEW, ALL WEATHER STRIPPING, DOOR WHISKERS, TOP SEALS REPLACED, NEW BFG, TA RADIALS, PAINT IS BASE COAT CLEAR COAT, FOUR COATS OF COLOR AND FOUR HEAVY COATS OF CLEAR CAR HAS BEEN COLOR SANDED AND BUFFED TO A GLASS LIKE SHINE. I HAVE A PIECE OF THE TANK STICKER SHOWING IT IS A BIG BLOCK CAR, THE ONLY OPTIONS THIS CAR HAS IS THE TELESCOPIC WHEEL. 65,000 miles. February 12, 2008.
