1) A rare gem of a car, I have owned this 1970 Corvette Stingray for 16 years now. The majority of that time it was stored and maintained. It's got the T-Tops, 4 speed manual transmission, and only around 2,000 miles on a newly rebuilt 350 ci, 350 hp, V8 engine. It was well taken care of and is in decent shape and runs great. Four new tires and new brake rotors as well, interior is in good shape. Headlights are all working and the vacuum lines leading to them were recently replaced, one light needs a little pull to come up and might need a new actuator which is a simple fix. Clock and odometer/ tach not working as is the case on most of these vettes. The paint is in decent shape, but with the typical stress cracks in parts due to the fiberglass body. Overall it's a fun car and a great buy, not many of these left on the road! $15,200 (RnM) on April 29, 2017. Sold for $12,200 on July 20, 2017. Sold for $14,100 on November 19, 2017. |
