| 1968 Corvette (T-Tops). Clean and clear Virginia state title. The car DOES NOT run. It is a roller, however. Needs a very thorough and complete restoration. The 'vette was originally a small block. It does have an engine and transmission, neither of which I don't believe to be original. The engine is a stripped chevy 350. The frame is in great shape. I dont see any rust problems on the car except for the gas tank. The front clip is from a '73 corvette. Besides the crack on the front clip all damage to the body is purely cosmetic. The interior is almost completely missing, and a some of what I have (steering column, and seats) are from a '73 vette. The seats are definitely restorable too. All of the glass is intact. Lastly there are a few things not in the pictures. With the purchase of the car you would also receive a brand new set of four (4) replica corvette rally wheels. The car has a different set of TTOPS than the ones in the pictures. The new TTOPS are still fiberglass, and in much better condition. Some interior part including original gauges, as well as the '73 seats are also not in the pictures. The interior wiring has been stripped as well. February 20, 2012. |
