Car history: |
Finished in a rare factory color combination of code correct Dark Red with code correct Silver Leather interior, this rare 1975 Chevrolet Corvette roadster is an excellent example of what is becoming one of the most rapidly appreciating segments in the classic car market. This increasingly uncommon and well cared for Corvette roadster is equipped with factory A/C, 350 V8, automatic transmission, power steering, power disc brakes, tilt and telescopic steering wheel, white convertible top, Very rare Hard Top, Alarm, Luggage rack, full spare jack and tool, AM/FM Cassette stereo, and more.
The NOM engine in this vehicle was rebuilt with great care, although a factory L-48 Corvette, the motor was done to replicate the infamous L-82 engine option right down to the Corvette aluminum L-82 Valve covers. Heavily detailed fron the top and bottom, the engine compartment looks fantastic! This vehicle was treated to a wonderful cosmetic and mechanical restoration. It drives wonderfully and shows very well. Some new parts to mention include; new true dual exhaust, new motor mounts, new Monroe shocks, new brake calipers and pads, new hoses, new belts, and more.
About 4,500 Corvettes left the factory as convertibles in 1975, of those about 2,400 came with hard tops. Potential buyers take note, this is in fact a very rare opportunity that only comes along once in a great while, the chance to acquire an emerging Corvette classic! Well-optioned, well cared for, and highly affordable examples such as this are becoming increasingly rare and sought afterbe sure to secure an example such as this while you can! Do not hesitate; this collector grade car will not last long!
