1975 CHEVROLET CORVETTE CONVERTIBLE An original 41,074 mile "ALL" matching numbers Corvette that is in excellent condition and runs and drives out perfect. This Corvette is very tight with what I believe is only one quality re-paint. The motor, transmission and drivetrain have never been removed from this Corvette and it still sports some orignal factory markings on the under-side of the vette. The first owner of the Corvette lived in West Virginia and then sold it to a friend of his who then owned the car for 27 years and stored it in North Carolina at his vacation home. The frame on this car is unbelievable and once you see it you will know it was a Southern Car for most of its life (smooth with no scale or pitting). I have all owner History, orignal documentation, copies of owners titles, orig first owner registration and some very old original polaroid pictures to go with the car including the original Brochure and a set of the original keys with the knock outs still in place. This Corvette was ordered from the factory with all of the goodies: * 350ci/165hp Engine * N41- Power Steering * J50- Power Brakes * A31 - Power Windows * C60 - Air Conditioning * N37 - Tilt-Telescopic Steering Column * UF1 - Map Light (on rear-view mirror) "Still works" * U58 - AM-FM Radio, Stereo (still works) * M40 - Turbo Hydra Auto Trans Exterior : Exterior Paint code is (76) Correct Mille Miglia Red .The paint on this car looks fantastic with a very wet shinny look and besides the typical very very small paint chips from driving the car you will be very pleased. All of the doors and gaps line up nice. The Convertible Top looks like new, all of the glass in the car is original and very nice. All of the Center Caps and trim rings are original and in perfect shape with no curb rash! The emblems are in very nice shape as well and the front license plate (Corvette), I believe is the original that was delivered with the car. Its in very nice original shape. The grill is very nice with no dis-coloration. Both Headlights come up as they should and do not rub on the body. All of the weather seals are in perfect shape around the doors, windows, convertible top hatch and under the hood. Interior: The interior of the car is the correct color and is in better than good shape. The carpets, dash pad, door panels, center counsel, gages etc. are in Great Shape with no tears, dings or dents. All of the gages work as they should including the clock, courtesy lights and the rear view mirror (map light). I did notice that the passenger side window goes up a little slow. Engine / Transmission: The engine, transmission and rear end are all original and have never been removed from the car. All of the components under the hood are correct and complete i.e. the carb, smog pump, distributor, air conditioning compressor etc. I did notice that the Alternator has been replaced and the numbers are not correct but otherwise everything else is right. The motor runs very smooth as a 41k mile car should run. The Transmission shifts perfect. Sometimes you can not even feel it shift its that nice. Recent repairs: All 4 brake calipers have been replaced with Stainless Steel Sleeved Calipers All 4 tires have very deep tread and were replaced a few years ago and don't have many miles on them Valve Cover gaskets Power Steering Hose Kit, Power Steering Pump, Power Assist Control Valve Rear Exhaust Y-Pipe & Mufflers Trans Filter & Gasket
