Car history: |
This is a 1969 ZL-1 Corvette tribute. Restored by American Muscle Cars in California one of the finest shops in the country. GM only built 2 of these cars; one was yellow and one was white with a black stripe. Both are valued at over $1,000,000 dollars. We believe this white tribute is the only one to exist today. The car has gone through a frame off restoration every nut and bolt. NOS original parts that took over two years to find. M22 rock crusher transmission. A real ZL-1 original engine 51 with no miles. Casting number: 3946053. This is a tribute to the rarest Corvette ever built. All original parts receipts included with a value of over $69,000 dollars. This does not include the price of the motor or the car or the labour and the restoration. The car was dyno'd and gone through from front to back to make sure everything is working. This work was done at B&R Automotive and Arizona Street Rods in Phoenix Arizona. Franklin Mint has created a die-cast model of the original car. 41,027 miles. March 12, 2009. |
