| 1) 1970 Chevorlet Corvette Factory LS5 454ci 390 Horsepower. California Sports Coupe that has remained in Los Angeles with the original Blue Plate. Originally Daytona Yellow with Black Vinyl Interior. Factory options include : Air Conditioning, Power Brakes, Power Windows, Power Windows, Tilt-tele steering Column, Am/Fm Radio & Anti theft system Second Owner purchased It 28 years ago, here in Orange County. Drove it until parking it away a decade ago to restore her. Started with all the drivetrain & suspension. Had all the bodywork done ready for paint & the project stalled. Parking it in his garage, never to get around painting it. Super straight body - unbelievable clean undercarriage - solid frame structure and frame mounts in the rear - factory Daytona yellow paint can been seen thru out the car Including the hood. Original interior, owner added working digital center gauges. New exhaust & new suspension. Running & driving Vette, brakes / shifts into all gears. Factory big block but the original block was replaced many years ago with a little later model 454 big block engine. Still Does have the original date coded intake & exhaust manifolds. Factory Air car but I have the complete system in the box that goes along with it. Hideaways are working and looks to have been gone thru. Great car to have restored, not far away Or drive around in its current condition. Sold for $16,100 on July 15, 2017. |
