I am a collector of the Corvette. I bought this beautiful 1979 Chevrolet Corvette two years ago when I first began to acquire them. I have really enjoyed this vehicle since I have had it. I recently purchased a newer model so as much as I hate to part with it, I realize that I am unable to keep them all. It has a new 350ci engine with approximately 12,000 miles. Engine is stock except for minor cam which gives a smaller lope and good sound. It also has headers and a Flowmaster exhaust system. The car is sporting chrome Pacer wheels with good tires. Rear tires are new and the front tires have aprroximately 60% treadwear left. Exterior paint is in great condition with only two or three small scratches in the paint. The car has been driven for leisure only and runs excellent. This car has never been smoked in. Absolutely no mechanical problems. All gauges including speedometer and tachometer work. Car was bought and immediately had new engine installed. I have owned the vehicle for approximately two years and am selling this one because I have recently purchased a 2002, Z06.
