Car history:
1) 1968 Corvette Coupe (numbers matching motor, chassis, transmission and rear end). This car is a project and is current disassembled. Tank sticker is missing. I have most of the part to reassemble. I have a free and clear Ohio title. Front clip had been removed and disposed of when I purchased the car. The hood was also missing, I purchased used 1968 hood with inner liner attached. I have a new in the box hand laid front clip and inter fender wells. I also have new brake, fuel lines, fuel sending unit, 4 rotors and brakes, new emergency brake assembly, new Dewitt's radatior (original gone when purchased), two of the four wiring harnesses new in box, new bushings entire car, new shocks, new front coil springs, news rear spring bushings and bolts, trailing arm bolts, new motor and transmission mounts, new radiator mounts, new front steering components, full set of bearings and races for the wheels and a ton of other items. I have dissembles and marked all the parts in bags or with labels or stamps. I have sandblasted the chassis, replaced a small section of the outer side of passenger side frame rail behind the passenger door. The chassis is coated POR and POR chassis black top coat. The trailing arms removed and blasted new bushings installed, upper and lower arms are blasted and paints same as chassis with new bushings and ball joints installed. Fuel tanks is removed cleaned and sealed. The car was sold from a dealership in Lexington, Ky and I believe I am the fourth owner of the car. I has been off the road since approximately 1997. Wrong parts I have found so far, carburetor, alternator and distributor. Missing carpets and seat belts. The car is manual steering, manual brakes and Muncie 4 speed. It is an L79 327/350 hp, 1 of 3400 coupes sold that year with this engine. Plate shows the car was originally British Green and Black interior. I have approximately 8000 dollars in parts not including the car. I have attached several photos the first couple are photos of how I found the car. Please email me with questions.
