1970 Corvette LS5 454 convertible, Survivor. This car is incredibly original, with only one repaint ever, newer soft top, newer tires, and everything else is original. With only 60,000 miles on it, it looks almost new, and drives like a new car. The exterior color is Donnybrooke Green, with a Green vinyl interior.
The engine is the massive LS5, 454 cubic inch motor, with 390 hp, and 500 lbs of Torque, along with a TH400 automatic transmission. It also has P/S, P/B, AM/FM stereo, 2.73 Posi Rear, white soft top, and only 59,000 documented miles. This car drives great, and cruises nice on the highway with the 2.73 rear differential.
The drive train is all original, and matching numbers. The engine, transmission, rear end, carburetor, alternator, etc., are all original, matching numbers, and date correct. In other words, these parts all came with the car in 1970. Look at the many photos here, and you can see the part numbers and date codes of all of the important parts of this Survivor, with correct Explanations of the Codes and Dates.
The paint is in 9 condition, and was repainted once. The complete interior is completely original, and in 9+ condition. The seat belts look like they are brand new, and are original dated for this car. The frame is rust free, as the car has always sat in garages, or one previous owner kept it in his living room.
This Corvette is Fully Documented with the ORIGINAL Tank Sticker, Protect-O-Plate/Warranty Booklet, Window Sticker/Dealer Invoice, and Owners Manual. The Tank Sticker has been Validated as Authentic by the NCRS as well. This car is a Time Capsule of a 1970 LS5 big block Corvette.
I am in no hurry to sell, so all low ball offers will be politely IGNORED. If you would like to come and see this very rare car in person, feel free to email me with your contact information, and I will call you promptly. I am located in Boca Raton, FL, and I welcome and encourage an in person inspection prior to purchase.
This car needs nothing, to be enjoyed by a new owner. It runs great, the motor is strong, and the headlight doors and wiper door open and close perfectly. I am only selling, due to a lack of space, as I just acquired a rare 1957 Corvette.
If you would like more information about my car, please feel free to contact me by email, or calls between 9am and 9pm EST. Principals only please, I am not looking to auction or list my car on another site.
