1968 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe powered big block. This thing means business and that's how it was in 1968. Manufacturers were at war for the most powerful muscle cars and the Corvette was not one to be taken lightly. By 1968 the big three were well known for under rating the horsepower. This was in an effort to slide under the radar with the insurance companies and lobbyist that were cracking down on over powered cars. Everything works on this corvette including the clock other than the windshield wipers have been disabled.
This '68 Corvette was restored to its current condition in California at Mc Jacks corvettes in Santa Ana, Ca. The car was repainted in the original International Blue and the interior is also the original Medium Blue. Inside the cockpit you'll notice chrome shifter for the close ratio M-21 4-speed and the aviation style gauges. Pop out the T-tops, the rear glass, start the engine, listen to the rumble and get ready for a memorable ride. The paint looks great and looks to be a recent restoration. Runs great. BiN $39,999 (Ended) on April 19 and 26, May 9 and 16, 2017.
