TRW forged 12.5 to 1 pistons, Speed pro moly rings, Later model 441 casting 76cc heads to help lower the compression some, Heads have 2.02 int. 1.60 exh. valves installed with screw in studs and guideplates and springs good for .550 lift. Comp cams nitrous hp hyd. cam part # 249-cl12-560-4 with 268/286 duration .477/.490 lift but has 1.6 ratio roller rockers installed for .508 int. lift .522 exh. lift (mild hyd. cam suited for a small amount of nitrous if you ever want it). Comp Magnum chrome-moly pushrods. Gear reduction starter. Holley 650 double pumper carb with Edelbrock intake. It was a theft recovery from 1975 that is the reason for the bonded title. May 1, 2009.
1) 1972 CORVETTE t-top small block car, restoration just started, will make a nice driver. It is a theft recovery from 1975, has a clear texas bonded title. The original vin and body tags were removed, has a reassigned vin, original numbers, from texas dept. of transportation, verified by tx. dept. of public safety, theft task force unit. The car is a no power steering, no power brakes, manual windows and door locks car. It currently has a early model, 62 or 63, 327 bored .030 to 331 c.i. Car has rust holes on l/h and r/h upper windshield post from leaky t-tops, rad. core support has two rust holes, surface rust on frame, but not rusted through, needs front suspension rebuilt, needs new master cyl., calipers, parking brakes drag, th400 trans seems o.k. has nice pink fluid, a new 3100-3500 stall 10 in. converter. Needs carpet, door panels, seats recovered, dash pad to make it nice. Body is pretty decent, no big stress cracks, looks as though it has had a previous repair on r/h door - wheel well area. It has had the cam broken in, car has not been driven since 1999. 159,893 miles. March 30, 2009.
