Car history: |
Beautiful 1973 Corvette T-top Coupe with numbers matching LS4 Big Block 454 and 4 speed. This car has been restored by a previous owner and is super clean throughout. The trim tag reads 413 for medium blue but has been changed to saddle leather by a previous owner. The paint code is 922 for medium blue metallic. The car is equipped with tilt-telescopic steering but not much else...no A/C, no power windows, no power brakes. The car starts, runs, and drives like new. The odometer says 3,394 miles which either means 103,394 or they reset the odometer when the car was restored by a previous owner. Included with the car are the T-top bags and some original manuals and documentation. Engine numbers are as follows: 13S412577 and T0108CWM. This car was well restored as a driver and is spottless underneath, outside and in!
There are a couple of condition exceptions I want to point out: The t-top inner liners are being finicky and don't seem to stay attached to the top with the velcro-like fasteners. I am working on correcting this issue. The retracting 3-point seat belts and pass throughs on the seats are not installed but come with the car. Currently, the car has aftermarket tan/saddle lap belts installed. The retracting 3 point belts that come with the car are the original medium blue. They would look nice with the saddle interior. The car has a newer style (late 70's) Corvette leather steering wheel installed but the original steering wheel comes with the car. The "battery" gauge on the center console appears to not be functioning but the car is charging perfectly at 14+ volts measured on the battery. There is a line on the passenger door where someone spilled brake fluid and it marred the paint. I used some polishing compound and some wax and it seemed to help. It could maybe be wet sanded and touched up to be really good looking. I have taken pictures to show this issue. Other than that, the paint is very nice as it was done recently. Don't miss this opportunity to own a legendary big block Corvette!
Please ask any and all questions. Feel free to come and drive the car and inspect it in person. There is an additional $200 documentation prep fee added to the purchase price. Local pick-up is preferred but I can deliver within reasonable distance for $1 per mile round trip from Waltham, MA.
