Car history: |
This car was a show car. It looks if it may have been a frame off. The frame is all painted many new parts were added. The New Jersey Title matches the vin tag. The previous owner was in his 50's, owned the car for about the last 30 years, and passed on. His father sold the estate and this was one of the cars. He though it was a 69 vette since there were some 69 parts on it. Because of that I am listing it as parts car. The clean NJ title goes with the car and again it matches the car's vin tag. The car was being rebuilt as a Mako II shark. The nose and associated parts go for over $4000. Some of the body parts have Ecklers stickers. You can also put a stock nose for about $1000. It is a automatic 350 with a nicely detailed engine. It has a nice interior. The body is in nice shape with ghost flames. Frame is straight with no signs of damage or rust. This would be a great clean car to restore or finish converting to a Mako II Shark custom. NDLR: this car was also probably a convertible, because almost all of the early 68 were convertibles. 91,800 miles. April 29, 2008. |
