Car history: |
I do have both tops (hard and soft). The car has had front end (body) modifications done to it. A '73 front end was added as it was the thing to do back in the day. The car's body is in good condition. It needs some minor fiberglass work. Engine/Drivetrain: The engine is the original 327/300 horsepower block that came with it. I've included a photo of the block stamp...(3932386). Exhaust is side-piped. Interior: If you didn't notice in the photo, the seats aren't original. Everything else just needs cleaned up and some TLC. It's in good condition as well. Exterior/Chassis: The body has a few minor chips and scuffs. It will need minor work done to it. Overall, it's not too bad and NO major damage. The rally wheels come with NEW REDLINE TIRES. They are already on the car. Trim code is Z04 and the paint code is 986. History: This Corvette is a 3 owner car including myself. The car has been in my town for at least the last 25 years as it was owned by a friend who had purchased it from the original owner. The title says the car has 41,227 miles although the odometer says 21,365 miles. I DO NOT KNOW WHICH IS ACCURATE. FOR THE SAKE OF HONESTY, I'M GOING WITH THE HIGHER NUMBER AS IT'S THE ONE ON THE TITLE. The engine is 350/ 350 hp not the 327 listed. This car has been stored inside for years. added gas and changed battery up engine sounds good lifters quiet good oil pressure engine has miss feeling when in gear. Under the engine specs. I made the mistake of calling it a 327 cubic inch. Its a 350 cubic inch with 186 heads that were found on the LT1 350 and 302 DZ blocks. Real nice square headlight conversion that is functional was also added with the front end of the car when the conversion was done. 3 original rotors are still riveted on the car. Most rotors that came on a Corvette lasted up to about 60000 miles. If that helps with the mileage dilemma. Colors from the trim plate. Built date is E04. 21,365 miles from the odometer. December 17, 2009. |
