Car history: |
All components are the original, born with assemblies including Engine, Transmission, Rear Axle, Starter, Alternator, Distributor, carb, wheels. Purchased at Bass Chevrolet in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. Original family owned until 1975, then sold to Dennis Bowman in Uniontown Ohio (Akron). In the last two years the car has undergone a complete frame off restoration following the NCRS guidelines. Every color is correct, stencils, markings all correct. Items such as the brake backing plates were restored and plated the correct cadmium by Elyria plating. The engine build is through documented showing correct bearing gaps and crankshaft end play. Engine receipts saved, sorted in alphabetical and chronological order. Photos printed in a 3 ring binder and on CD and thumb drive. |
