1979 Corvette C3 L-82. This is a matching numbers car. It's metallic brown with tan leather interior. This car is in great shape. It's garage kept and very clean. I bought this car a year ago and have put some new parts on it which I will list below. The reason I'm selling the car is because I just bought a house (my first house) and I need some cash to remodel a few things. I guess it's part of growing up, selling the toys to have a nice house :) The paint on the car is good, I would say it's been repainted the factory metallic brown within the last 5-7 years. Here is what I have done since I purchased the car. - New front and rear brake calipers and pads - New rear brake lines - New power steering pump - New power steering resevoir - New Power steering lines - New belts - Chrome air cleaner cover - Chrome Air Conditioning cover - New floor mats and trunk mat - New Complete Exhaust from the manifolds back. 2.5" pipes w/ flowmaster 40 series mufflers. - Re-Painted valve covers factory satin black There are only 3 things that the car needs which are not big items. - Speedometer cable (I have the cable but have not had time to install it) - New hood opening cable ( the short exposed one in the engine compartment ) I have the cable but have not installed it yet. This might only take a few minutes and I could put it on for you before you take the car if you want - The windshield has some scratching in it from age. I have full glass coverage on my insurance for the vehicle and if you want I can have it replaced before you pick up the car. Besides that the car is really in nice shape. A very good driving car and lots of fun. Im sad to see her go.
