Car history:
1971 Corvette Stingray, T-tops, 4 speed, Nevada silver ext., black vinyl int.,
350/270 hp, non-matching #'s.
I have owned this car for 20+ years. It has been garage kept and has always
been a reliable and fun driver.
The Corvette originally came with a 350/350 hp motor. The engine was replaced
by the original owner with a 350/270 hp GM motor. Everything else under the
hood is original down to the aluminum radiator. The car fires right up and runs strong.

Interior:
The interior is all original except for the carpet which was replaced when I
purchased the car. The carpeting is a bit faded in a couple areas. All gauges
work with the exception of the clock. I had it replaced with a newer Quartz
movement years ago which has since stopped working. The original AM/FM radio
still works fine. I have two new window cranks and new glove box tray to be installed.

Exterior:
The Corvette was repainted in 1995 its original color Nevada silver. This is a real
pretty silver that changes throughout the course of the day. In the direct sunlight
it is a bright silver. In the afternoon it changes to a beautiful bluish silver, and in
the evening a greenish silver. The paint looks great from 5 feet away. Upon
close inspection there are a few nicks here and there for this car was a driver.

Underneath:
The frame is in good condition with some normal rust here and there. The sub
frame is in real good condition. There is a hole the size of a baseball in the front
cross member under the radiator. The car has a new exhaust and sounds like a
Vette! Four new ss brake calipers and the brake lines were replaced about 4
years ago. The Vette stops and doesn't have that spongy feeling that most do. It
is a real nice driving Vette.

There are a few things to be addressed. The car has been sparsely driven in the
past 3 years. Although, it has been started regularly and driven short distances
the tires need to be replaced for safety reasons. The headlights are coming up
slower then they used to but new vacuum hoses would correct this. The u-joint in
the rear drivers side needs to be replaced. Replace those items and you will have
a very nice Corvette.

If you have further questions about the Corvette please contact me.
Serious inquiries only and no trade offers please. George (571)278-9307
