Car history: |
1968 Corvette Mako Shark 11 Convertible, 4 speed 427, numbers matching, in need of restoration. 32,900 original miles, stored in a barn since 1980. Frame and bird cage are in good shape. I have a lot of questions if it runs and drives and yes it does but I recommend going through it on your own. I have all the parts like the convertible top frame but I am missing the seat. I have most interior pieces in a box that go with it. The engine is original and runs strong the Casting number is 3916321 on the pad it reads T090IL for the 390 HP version. From what I am aware this is one of 20 Roadsters built by Silva, the guy who helped develop the Dodge viper and the Serial number for this is 48026. Again it's a very rare car for the serious collector. 32,364 miles from the odometer. Color codes from the trim plate. Built date is B15. May 12, 2010. |
