| Chrome bumpers, swooping curves and a powerful stance. This car is a numbers matching unmolested original. The mileage, 68,714, is correct and I have service bills and history to support it. I am not aware of any accident damage or serious problems with this corvette. I inherited it from my friend so I know its history for the years he owned it. He bought it from friends in the local Corvette Club in May of 1999. It is original, it runs good, (68714 original miles) and looks pretty. This Corvette needs detailing, some touch up and eventually a really nice paint job. A skilled professional mechanic checked out the motor. He inspected it, adjusted the carburetor, and said it was in good condition. The motor has a nice deep tone and plenty of power for daily driving. And it runs great on regular gas! It’s been in storage for the last three years and it really needs to be driven. INFORMATION: 68714 Original miles, Numbers matching – stock condition, Never been wrecked, Engine – 350, 275 HP, (regular gas), Transmission – Automatic, has been serviced and inspected by transmission professional, Factory Air Conditioning, Brakes, standard – the brakes have had 4 new calipers and new shoes installed recently. Steering, manual not power steering, it steers easily when driving, it takes a little more effort when standing still or parked, I didn’t miss the power steering at all Tires, Good Year Eagle ST’s with lots of tread left. Glass, very good. Body, good, has one small bump or crack in the fiberglass at the drivers door joint where the door may have been closed with something in the door joint. It was repainted in its original color about ten years ago. There are two air bubbles in the paint on the passengers side roof panel. The paint in general has some fading, small surface scratches, swirl marks, and a few paint chips. Chrome, the chrome bumpers are straight, and without dents. They shine good but the chrome on the back bumpers appears fading or thin. There is also some rust on the underside of the back bumpers. The interior is original. The driver seats lower panel has seams coming open. It is not very noticeable until you look for it. The leather on the door panels is flaking especially on the bumped out area near the handles. New replacement door panels can be bought on line at a very reasonable cost. It has never been raced, altered, modified, or abused either. 68,714 miles from the odometer. Colors from the trim plate.
