Car history: |
Posted 06/18/2017 People have asked if the Rally Wheels, Caps and Rings (standard equipment) were available in place of the knock off wheels (not offered from factory) originally advertised on the car. So we put them back on the car to show the different look. I think these wheels look better and gives it the original 1971 look. The 2 sets of engine block engine #s confirms its the correct engine for this 1971 Corvette. The bottom engine # S115125 matches the last part of the Vin# 194671S115125. The top engine # confirms more. V0325CCJK V = Production Plant #01 0325 = March 25th CJK confirms it is the 350 270 HP with Turbo 400 Transmission. This gives a person peace of mind 46 years later that this 1971 Corvette has the original engine since many were blown up or worn out and changed out decades ago!! Classic White Exterior, Dark Red Interior, Nice fitting Black Top, Nice engine compartment 350 270HP, Automatic, Factory A/C, P/Steering, P/Disc Brakes, Now you have a choice of buying the car with Knock Off Wheels or these Rally Wheels Caps and Rings on it now. Luggage Rack. Showing 43,108 miles, Nice Southern Car. Nice and solid underneath. Its been in my friends Corvette Collection along with the very nice Classic White 1974, 454 Coupe. It's another nice example! There are not many honest solid 1971 Corvettes that have been well taken care of for 46 years. The underneath of the car looks like its never been cleaned and detailed. It is probably as solid underneath as any unrestored or detailed undercarriage. Looking at the frame and floor pans confirms its a solid southern car! Runs out and drives great! Great sounding exhaust!! A person needs to see and drive this Corvette to appreciate it!! |
