Car history:
1969 Corvette converTible. Fully restored in 2003 mechanically and cosmetically. Gorgeous show quality Roman Red with tuxedo black stripes. ( pics make the paint look orange, but it is not) All of the body lines are excellent, door jambs are as nice as the rest of the car. Paint is fully sanded and buffed. There are a few minor cracks here and there on the body, but nothing out of the ordinary for these cars. GM Crate 502 with aluminum heads, 2 edelbrock 4 barrels, MSD ignition, and side pipe headers. Makes an estimated 525hp. Polished aluminum radiator with dual fans, chrome core support and vacuum tanks. Backed by a muncie 4 speed. 4:10 gears out back with composite spring. Chrome axles and rear support. All of the suspension was rebuilt as well as the complete 4 wheel disc brake system. Frame is very nice with no rust ever. Interior is black leather and very nice, has very minor wear on drivers seat from getting in and out. Bumpers were rechromed. Top is new.(Black) American racing rims and BFG tires for a race look. Sounds amazing and drives very well. Handles excellent. Engine is very crisp and has more power than the average guy could handle. Previous owner invested over $100,000 in this car. Comes with a stack of receipts 1-1/2 inches thick. Comes with restored hard top and original ralley rims. Just in time for summer. Colors from the owner. 69,900 miles. May 24, 2008.
