Convertible top is probably a few years old, and is in overall good condition with a good condition rear window. Driver side glass shows a correct date code. Chrome bumpers are newer reproductions in very good condition, and taillights are brand new LED style. Exterior emblems are new as well. Weatherstripping looks to be newer, and is in very good condition. This 1969 Corvette Convertible wears rally wheels in good condition with very good condition center caps and trim rings. Tires are raised white letter radials, and show 10/32nds tread remaining. Exterior chrome door handles show a very good condition finish, but a weak return spring on the driver side. The interior of this 1969 Corvette Convertible shows good condition original seat covers and door panels, and a very good condition center console and dash pad. Center gauges show some minor clouding and fading, although the speedometer and tachometer show clear lenses and little to no fading. Carpet has been replaced with correct loop style, and is in good condition, and the original GM seatbelts are still in place as well. The original engine in this car shows casting date December 18, 1968, and features a correct alternator and intake manifold. Carburetor is a later Carter-built Quadrajet. The Hooker longtubes and sidepipes are probably a few years old, but are still in very good condition overall with no major finish issues. Ignition shielding for the distributor is in place along with original style chrome air cleaner. Both the engine compartment and frame are clean, rust-free, and nicely detailed.
