Car history: |
It has a very healthy 427ci / 390hp Big Block Chevy under the hood that roars through a set of factory-style side pipes. 67,xxx miles believed to be original and correct. Spends most of its time sitting under a cover in my garage because I just don't have time to use it anymore, I rather it go to somebody who will enjoy it like I used to. Starts right up, runs and stops well - could use a carb cleaning from sitting. The bright red paint shines nicely with normal wear and shows very well, as does the chrome. The white convertible top is like new. The black interior is in good shape overall with normal wear. The frame is solid and straight, with no issues. The headlights don't always come up on their own, I just pop them up by hand, and the gauges in the center aren't all connected. Has power disc brakes, automatic TH400 transmission. Not a perfect show or museum car, but a great car to get in, drop the top and tear up the pavement. It's a great classic sports car that has plenty of power and looks great too! Sold for $20,300 on October 2, 2016. |
