| 1968 Corvette Convertible, 86,140 miles. Engine, Transmission, rear end are original equipment. Engine runs very strong and transmission shifts firm. I have just had the car in for a complete 4 corner alignment and brake check this week, front and rear suspensions are solid and fully in line to factory spec. Frame is completely solid!! Underbody is clean and has no signs of collision repairs. Carpet, Radio and Top have been replaced. Top is in very good condition rear window crystal clear. Body has one area of damage, it is located on the drivers door caused from the door being over extended resulting in the chipping of fiberglass. Paint is about 15 years old it still looks very good and has a great shine. There are a few small stress type cracks that are barely noticable. Wiper door does not work, Wipers are missing, tachometer needle is broken, Seats are not torn or worn in appearance, Drivers seat has a crack on the back side. Radio works , I have the original in storage. fiber optics do work but are dim. This car drives and rides great, it needs TLC primarily to interior details. I have installed a flex fan simply to allow stop and go driving with out heat build up, I have the original clutch fan. Headlight doors work as well as all lights inside and out. I have no documentation however I can state with certainty that the all numbers on the motor, trans and rear end match and that I have found no evidence otherwise.
