Car history: |
1972, 4 speed, 454 big block Corvette which belonged to my deceased husband. I have minimal knowledge of this kind of car but have been told the following by a Corvette enthusiast who examined the vehicle: 1.It has an original numbers matching engine that is virtually intact. 2.The car was assembled in September of 1971 per the trim tag. 3.The car had factory air but some of the components have been removed. 4.The frame underneath has only surface rust and appears otherwise to be in good condition. 5.There is rust around the window frame. 6.These cars are very desirable due to their high potential as a restoration project. The car has not been driven or garaged since 1993, is not running now, therefore is a project car. 95, 172 miles. Colors from the trim plate (trim not completely visible)+owner. May 26, 2008. |
