VERY RARE fully documented 1968 427/435HP Black Corvette convertible with gunmetal vinyl interior and white soft top. It has the L71 427/435hp tri-power engine with an M21 close ratio 4 speed transmission and a 3:70 positraction rear axle. There were only 708 black Corvettes produced in 1968 and this is a REAL one. We purchased the car from the second owner and the recent frame off restoration is almost complete, he just did not have the time to finish it. The car can either been finished by the new owner or hire us at Corvette Mike to complete it. Most of the major items have been bought and restored and the remaining work and expense is mostly labor.
