Car history: |
This is a American History Legend in its unrestored condition. This is a true factory 427 Tri-Power 4spd car. There are not that many 427 convertibles left on the roads today. Some idiot shaved the headlights but I have the complete headlight assemblies included in this auction. Included is a completely rebuilt May/68 427 longblock. Also included is a set of completely rebuilt 68 rectangle port heads. The motor and heads are the only two items that have been restored. The Muncie 4spd still needs to be gone through. All of the glass is good and the car is in very good restorable condition. I do not have the tri-power intake and carbs. There are a couple of fiberglass spots that need to be repaired. There are a couple of chips on the front right fender. The driver floor board needs to be repaired also. Unfortunately the block will need to be stamped because the original motor has long been scrapped. I have over $5,000 in the motor alone. Head Castings - 3919840, Engine Casting - 3935439. Block Stamp - 18S420720. Colors from the owner. Built date is E22. December 26, 2009. |
