This is the Last Year of Corvette Convertibles until 1986. Numbers Built Convertibles (Roadster) = 4,629 Coupes = 33,836 Paint Color Code = 76 Mille Miglia Red Trim Code = 142 Silver Leather Options; Code = Option A31 = Power Windows C07 = Auxillary Hardtop C08 = Vinyl Covered Auxillary Hardtop (Black) C60 = Air Conditioning J50 = Power Brakes L-48 = 350 Cubic Inch Engine (Basic Engine) M40 = Turbo Hydra-Matic Transmission N37 = Tilt/Telescopic Steering Column N41 = Power Steering U58 = AM/FM Stereo Radio UA1 = Heavy Duty Battery UF1 = Map Light This Corvette is Completely Original, other than the Tires, which were badly age checked and the Rear Bumper, which was falling apart from age and was replaced with a Tru-Flex. The Front is Original Urethane and is Fine. It Still has All the Tags, Part Labels (Coil Springs, Shocks, Etc.) and Wax Pencil Inspection Marks that were put on the car as it was assembled, although some of the paper tags are a little faded. All the Weatherstrips and other parts that deteriorate, Look and Feel like New. This car saw less than 700 Miles with the First Owner, and the Balance of the miles on the Clock with The Second Owner. The Second Owner Stored it Covered in a Carport, which accounts for it not being as Clean as we would like Under the Hood, but it is still a Super Rare Low Miles Survivor. The Car Starts Instantly and Runs and Drives like it Just came off the Showroom Floor and Everything Works as it Should, Including the Clock. The only things we would do to this car, were we to keep it, would be to possibly Touch Up a Few Things in the Engine Compartment and Clean and Touch Up the Bottom Side.
