1968 Corvette Convertible, Power Windows, Power Brakes, Power Steering, New Vintage Air Conditioning System, (factory air didn't cut it) Complete New Exhaust System, Adjustable Suspension, Composite Mono-Leaf, front & rear. Car has a 400 small block, Brodix Aluminum Heads, Eldebrock Intake, Holley Street Avenger Carb, DUI electronic ignition and more. This is a weekend cruiser that I would take anywhere, any time. Car is mechanically sound, and cosmetically acceptable. I've owned the car for 3 years now and have added the Vintage Air System, new Hooker ceramic coated headers, complete exhaust, and new Magnaflow mufflers. I also installed the Eldebrock intake and the street avenger carb along with a fresh clutch. All guages, with the exception of the clock, work. As far as the paint, even though the polar white is somewhat forgiving, I would rate it as a 7.5 out of 10. It does have a couple of hairline cracks near the front of the fenders at the hinges and it looks like at some time or another the A/C compressor may have froze up and bubbled a small section of the hood. Chrome is in good shape as well. Colors from th owner. October 8, 2008. |
