Exceptionally nice and very sharp 1978 Corvette T-Top coupe that is finished in a bright glossy yellow with a dark brown cloth interior. A very low mileage Corvette that has only 58,557 actual miles since new. Powered by a 350 c.i. 185 h.p. Chevrolet engine that is coupled to a three speed automatic transmission. Equipped with factory air conditioning, power steering, power four wheel disc brakes, tilt and telescoping steering column, power windows, dual outside rear view mirrors with the drivers side inside adjustable, heated rear window, owners manual and the original AM/FM stereo radio with 8 track that includes eight cartridges stored in the glove box. The brand new B F Goodrich Radial T/A white lettered tires are mounted on original factory Rally wheels that are in great condition. What a great Corvette to own. 1978 was the 25th anniversary for the Corvette and special badging was applied to commemorate this special year. In addition to many new features found on the 1978 Corvette, the most significant was the "fastback" design that replaced the "notchback" that was in use since 1968. This feature made the interior much more open and allowed more storage. These Corvettes handled and drove exceptionally well and have very pleasing aesthetics. This example in our inventory is in amazing original condition. There has been some updating with the finish but basically it is a very original vehicle.
