For sale here is a stunning 1972 Corvette convertible with both tops (the black soft convertible and painted with black headlined hardtop) with only 500 miles on the professionally rebuilt drivetrain, including the 383 ci stroker motor, 4 speed transmission, clutch and rearend differential. The entire suspension has been upgraded including tubular A-frames and a 3-way adjustable monoleaf rear package. The car has never been wrecked or damaged. The paint is less than 2 weeks old and is a gorgeous candy 4-color hue consisting of orange, bronze, deep red and maroon. You can see all four colors fade and pop with the contours of the car, either in or out of the sun as this is a very high grade professional paint job. The black interior carpet, seat covers, door panels and console are all new. There is an upgraded quartz clock and a new digital original style radio. Both the wheels and tires are brand new. The title is clear and in my possession. There are also many extra parts included, such as the inner rear tail light lenses with the white backup centers, a chrome fuel tank cover, extra door handles and emblem flags. I have all the documentation and receipts regarding the rebuilds, paint and parts. Other documents include and original 1972 Corvette ad (ironically, showing the model in orange), an original factory fold out Sports Car Buyers Guide, the 1972 Corvette Owners Manual, a factory assembly manual, the obligatory Chiltons manual, and about 75% of the factory original build sheet that was found on top of the fuel tank!! Factory option style side pipes added at time of drivetrain rebuild. TRANSMISSION: Original rebuilt Muncie 4-speed with Hurst shifter. DIFFERENTIAL: Original rebuilt 3.36:1 Limited Slip (Positraction). SUSPENSION: Completely rebuilt with: Upgraded tubular A-frames, Upgraded polyurethane bushings, 3-way adjustable VBP monoleaf fiberglass rear suspension, Bilstein shock absorbers.
