I am selling my 1982 Custom Corvette. This car has been gone over from end to end. New Atomic Orange paint looks Great. Recently rebuilt late model 350 Chervolet engine with many upgrades. New Interior installed last summer. Lot of time and money invested. Close to $3000 on interior alone. Still have reciepts. Changed Milage listed to 8903. Originally listed as 108903, which should be correct milage, but odometer shows 8903. Also, score reflects that car came from area that had major storm. The car did come from North Mississippi, but was not damaged by storm. During restoration, I was able to inspect car in all areas. Lack of rust and or damage and the word of previous owner that car was not involved in storm damage all indicate that car was not in damage area. The only rust I found during restoration was a small area in passenger floor pan. This rust was treated and sealed with clear epoxy during the carpet installation. The Good: NO RUST -- Best underbody I have seen that has not been totally restored New Interior--New Dash-New Carpet-New Sony AM/FM CD Stereo w/remote control and MP3/WMA Playback / 6 months old Atomic Orange Paint / 2 years ago Late Model 350 Chevy engine Installed by previous owner / 3 years ago Elderbrock Performance intake / Elderbrock Elite valve covers and Air Cleaner Cover / 6 months ago New Aluminum water Pump / New power Steering Pump / 6 months ago Headers New Battery / 6 months ago The Not So Good: Headlight Doors have to be manually opened, vacuum leak? Easy to open and close so I have not researched problem. Driven on sunny days only anyway. Still need to connect some of the Dash gauges. Installed new Dash cluster circuit Board. Some gauges still not functioning properly. Speedometer and Tach need to be hooked up. Winshield Wiper switch not working Door locks not working. Have two sets of keys and locks need to be installed. Small chip in paint on rear of car. See picture. Missing Gas Lid Emblem and Missing Corvette Emblem on rear of car. See picture. Needs new sun visors. Have old ones but decided to wait until I could afford new ones. Fiberglass Rear Spring has slight damage. All in All a Very Nice Corvette that you will be proud to own. Turns heads where ever I go.
