You are looking at my 1979 Chevrolet Corvette C3 Project with 76,451.5 actual miles. For the past two years, I have spent little time working on it. Although, it is my intention to get the car reliably running again. But I realize I may never finish so I am offering the car to you. This Corvette was the first car my Wife bought for herself. The car was 3 years old when she bought it in 1982. She sold the car in the fall of 1983 to a collector. The collector stored the car on a rack and only drove it in car shows. Her sister bought the car back in 1999 and drove it for one year before giving my Wife the car back in 2000. In 2001, the brakes failed and she put the car in the barn for storage. In 2002, she needed room in the barn so she move the car outside. The Florida Sun destroyed the finish. I started restoring the car in 2010. It is a good basis for a project. Basically, the car needs: Vacuum Leaks found and corrected, Electrical Systems not working need troubleshooting and repair, Tires, Paint and the AC Serviced. I feel the car is more than fairly priced. A lot of work has been done. And a lot of work remains. The Car is "As Is Where IS". No warranty is provided or implied.
