| This Corvette is currently a driver. It is not the original engine but it is a 454. The interior has new seat covers and the dash is in very good condition. The paint is fair to good but there are some stress cracks at the top of both fenders and one at the front left corner of the front surround. All are minor and easily repaired when/if painted. This is an original AC car but the compressor is missing. The hoses, dryer, and condensor are still installed. The carburetor was professionally cleaned recently and the car runs very well. Car was originally white on the outside as the trim tag shows but has been painted red. It was a good paint job with the door jambs and convertible cover being sprayed so there is no sign of white. This vehicle was purchased about 2 years ago to be restored. There is surface rust on the frame but the frame is sound. 100,665 miles. Colors from the trim plate. March 6, 2009. |
