1974 CORVETTE This car underwent an extensive restoration in the late 90's and has had approximately 6,000 mile put on it since. It comes with many extras so please read this entire listing and ask questions if you would like. New 350 GM crate motor installed during restoration. Edelbrock centerhead and aluminum heads. Chrome air cleaner cover and K&N filter. Performance fan blade. Chrome alternator and a/c compressor. A/C recharged with r12 last month. During restoration: Carpet - seat covers - new exhaust - fiberglass nose and bumper - paint* - 4 wheel disc brakes - all 4 shocks - turbo 400 transmission re - sealed - fiberglass rear spring - new dash pad - center console - visors - new tach cable - new water pump - extra "smoke" 1 pc top and hardware - radio / cassette - ground effects - wing - new shield and rear glass - new fuel tank. Car also comes with the original engine that was running when it came out (wanted more horsepower) alternator, a/c compressor, dash pad, center console and other misc. parts. Tires and wheels as shown. Tires have approximately 6,000 miles on them. Car runs strong and has excellent oil pressure and compression. I wouldn't hesitate to take this car on a 1,000 mile plus trip today! *Paint for the most part is great. There are however a few chips in the paint. One on the front spoiler, one on the d/s t-top, and a nice sized one on the "fin" just behind the driver's door. Clock works periodically. Stock temperature guage not connected, auxilliary temp. gauge installed and works. Original fan motor switch replaced with another auxilliary switch. Headlights work and all of the vac tubes and canisters replaced but the doors don't want to open all the time. Still working on the lights, but I do want everyone to know there is an issue at the time of listing the car.
