Added to Registry 06/29/2013 Mileage: 52,300 kilometers Estate Sale: 1981 Corvette. Original owner who purchased Brand New from Colonial Chevrolet in New Market Ontario Canada has died and estate MUST SELL this car - has documents including the build sheet [in rough condition but readable] warranty protection card from GM stating warranty expired 11-30-85 and lots of reciptes for the work done on car over the years. All service work was done by the same well respected shop over the years. The original 350 was removed and a Bill Mitchell Hardcore 454 BIG Block was purchased and shipped from the U.S. and installed in 2005. Approx. 600 H.P. have all documents. Has a Beefed up Turbo Transmission as well as Heavy Duty Rear End. Has a custom Cold Air Breather designed by Walter Prosper from California. Car has never seen a snow flake. Had a paint job approx. 8 years ago. It has a very small stress crack on the custom made fiberglass hood scoop, that was designed special for the Holley Dominator carb and Breather, and has a few small marks on the paint as it will probably need a paint job in the next few years. Please look at drivers door and you may see a very small paint bubble and there is a small paint chip on the front drivers side fender hardly noticeable, please see pictures. Has a chrome alternator- Goodyear Eagle II's on front and Mickey Thompson tires on rear, has a custom shifter and console box cover. Still have the original shifter if you prefer to use original. Has T-Bar glass roof and P/A, P/W, P/S, cassette player. Has brand new Interior including carpet and seats. Has a brand new Eliminator battery purchased June 21/13 with a 5 year warranty. Have a box full of paper work of parts and labor that has been done over the years. Car has approx. 52,300 klms. This is a car that has been taken care of since my brother bought it new. The only owner the car has ever had, and would like to see it go to a good home. Car will be sold AS IS due to estate sale. The car is in Canada so buyer will have to arrange pick-up.
