Located on the Treasure Coast of Florida, this car belongs to only its second family in 37 years. It was born in St. Louis, MO and now has the perfect combination of colors and options to cruise in style. This 1972 Corvette with T-Tops is Mille Miglia Red with the Black vinyl seats. It’s in remarkable shape for having been restored about 15 years ago. It was a frame off restoration. All of the fiberglass was reconditioned and the color was changed from 972 – Classic White to 973 – Mille Miglia Red. The same Black Vinyl upholstery was either re-installed or replaced. The LT5 454 starts and idles smoothly, and the automatic transmission shifts with no surprises. The T-Tops are able to be removed and re-installed without drama and they slip right into their storage bags for secure storage behind the seats. The same goes for the rear window. When it’s removed, it snaps right into its behind-seat cradle. Everything still works in this car. The P255/60R15 Goodyear Eagle GTII tires are all in great shape. This Vette also has: LS5 454-cid 270-hp V-8, M40 Turbo Hydra-Matic, Automatic transmission, N37 Tilt-telescopic steering wheel, N40 Power steering, A85 Custom shoulder belts, C60 Air conditioning, J50 Power brakes.
