| This is a beautiful 1969 Corvette Convertible 427 390 4spd. Trim Code 974-- Monaco Red (orig) but it originally came with a 407 red vinyl interior. When the body off restoration was done, they chose to put in a black vinyl interior. The last 6 of the VIN are 717710-- these numbers are clearly stamped on the engine pad, as well as the LM which denotes 427 390 manual transmission with hydraulic lifters. Tranny #'s main case 3925660 is a Munsey M20. Extension housing casting is 3857584. Side cover casting # is 3950306. Motor is T0214LM. This car has had a complete professional body off restoration. The body is straight, all the seams are nicely fit. The pictures will show that everything in the car is new including brakes, shocks, backing plates and brake lines. The corvette is part of my grandfather's estate, along with several other that we are trying to sell. This is a really nice corvette that has hardly been driven since its restoration.
