1969 Corvette was a orginal 427/400 hp. car. Trim tag = Burgandy Exterior with Black Vinal Interior, In the month of August. Still has the orginal interior with 427 emblems, 427 tach.400hp.and 435hp. Shifter Plate, Orginal Rear End coded 1AU81869W (big block rear end, 3:37:00 ratio). There is only one Fuel Line which means 400hp. car. ORGINAL ENGINE IS LONG GONE. Now has a 350 4bolt main crate motor, motor has spun main bearings (Doesnt run), Transmission is a Muncie 4spd. Date Code is 1965 thru 1967 "not orginal to car". Frame is clean Ca. frame no rust, no damage, no bends, "GREAT FRAME". Will need minor fiberglass repair to the front end, Front fiberglass appears to be a replacement front end. Both rear Quarter Panels appear to have been "professional" replaced with after market "baby flares" they also match the front end "baby flares" suspect at one time in its life someone paid a professional body shop to install flared fiberglass kit. Workmenship quality job, looks good. I have not looked for the build sheet, in 1969 they were located at the gas tank and placed inside the frame of the car.
